OPS announces signing of Dr. Jack Leeb

The OPS Institute officially announced the signing of Police Psychologist Dr. Jack Leeb on Thursday.

“This kind of deal doesn’t come around too often,” Deputy Director Robert Taylor said. “He’s great at his craft.”

Leeb has been working with law enforcement and public safety agencies for more than 25-years. He is a certified law enforcement  and firearms instructor in the state of Maryland, Department of Homeland Security, Maryland State Police and National Rifle Association.

He is listed in the National Register of Forensic Examiners and court certified “expert”. Dr. Leeb performs officer related Critical Incident Stress Debriefings; trained in mediation, hostage negotiations, and psychology of terrorism.
